A laser sticker in green color is labeled at the back of the filter carton box starting from early of this year.  You can see from the following picture, one angle you will see “B+W Filter” and the other angle you will see “genuine product”. This label can not be copied as this is Schneider's secret technology.If you can not see this label when you buy new B+W Filters, then it must be a fake one. 

From 09/22/2009, all B+W filters we (MaxSaver.Net) sell comes with the laser sticker including B+W MRC UV Alloy Mount filter. We guarantee all our B+W Filters are 100% genuine and original in brand new condition.
