What payment method can you accept? (How do I pay for an order?)

Buyer prepay via PayPal with major credit cards & e-checks (Remark: we do Not accept Cash / Personal check / Money order).

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

If you have credit card and want to pay by credit card but don't have a PayPal account, you can still choose "check out with PayPal" on our website and you will be told what to do in the next step by PayPal. All credit and debit card payments are made through PayPal, which means you never have to share your credit card or debit card details with us.

Do I have to pay tax?

No Sales Tax as goods shipped from Hong Kong. Efforts are made to reduce applicable import duties and taxes in various countries. Most countries do Not charge custom duty for imported gifts to individuals.

Do I have to pay duty/tax to customers?

All of our package will be declaimed at very low value. We always try our best to help customers legally minimize their tax. Most of items we sell are below the entrance for charging import tax/duty according to the legislations of USA, Canada, Australia, European Union and many other countries. There should be no customs to pay if you are in one of countries mentioned above. But if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.

Where do you ship to?

We ship world wide, shipping cost is world wide flat rate. For more details or any exception, we will contact you after you placed the order.

What shipping company do you use?

Your order will be shipped by Hong Kong Post. The local bearer will be your national post.

What kind of method do you use to ship item and how long for the delivery?

We usually ship items by Air Mail, and the standard time for delivery is 8-15 business days, while we find customers usually receive parcel in 5-10 days. However, occasional, item may travel longer time than ordinary schedule, say 3-4 weeks, particularly in holiday seasons.

Will you inform me after goods send?

Certainly, an email will be sent to you after we received your payment regarding shipment detail.

Can I pay extra for a courier service and have my item shipped faster?

Sorry, but no. If you insist on using a courier, please do not buy. As you can tell by our feedback and experience, we have determined that using the postal system is the most economical and efficient method to get your goods to you.
  • Exchange/Return and Warranty FAQ
What kind of warranty of your item is being offered?

We offer all items 7-day-inspection/exchange/ service.

All new items, unless otherwise noted in description, come with a manufacturer's warranty. To obtain manufacturer's warranty service, either take the product, along with your invoice to any authorized service center; or ship back to us.

If the item you receive is not in good working order, email us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange, repair, or, if item is no longer available, issue a refund. Item(s) can be returned Only in as-sold condition, in original packaging. Items will not be accepted without prior contact.

Shipping, duty, brokerage, & insurance charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

How to cancel my order or exchange an item if I ordered wrong?

Before we ship out your order, we can cancel and exchange for you at once. But if it is shipped out already, you need to send item back for exchange and refund.
