Check out my review I gave, but listed it on the Nissin Di622 flash for Nikons ( by accident ).
I have a Canon 40d Dslr that I use my Nissin Di622 flash on, and it works just great. TTL mode, Slave mode, and 6 different power ratio settings to choose from. Best flash for your Canon money can buy. It gives me the biggest bang for the buck. I give it a solid "4-1/2 Stars" !
