We offer all items 7-day-inspection/exchange service. Please email us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange, repair, or, if item is no longer available, issue a refund. Item(s) can be returned Only in as-sold condition and original packaging in UNUSED condition. Items will not be accepted without prior contact.

The original shipping, duty, brokerage & insurance charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.

Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.  

• Your full name, the order number and the date the order was placed and received.

• A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded.

• The reason for the return of the products.
